Emma Peplow
Emma joined the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in 2009, after working in financial services, both in an intermediary firm and at Trade Body level, for over ten years. She has maintained a specific focus on the mortgage market throughout.
She is part of the team at the FSA who takes forward the policy debate on mortgage market reform. Specialising in distribution and advice issues, Emma was co-author of the latest Mortgage Market Review (MMR) Consultation Paper (CP10/28) which focused on enhancing the mortgage sales process, the role of intermediaries and improving disclosure of information for consumers.
